Pretty good -- but if you look hard you can find better!

The community facilities at Woodhawk are quite nice -- the pool and the recreation area are both in good shape and well-maintained. The security guards are wonderful and so friendly -- but for the money we spent living in Woodhawk each month (over $1000) our apartment was tiny and dark. Everything in these apartments needs to be overhauled and redone. And if the elevator breaks, it's not fun. Especially with four floors, at two flights of stairs for each floor.
Your best bet is to look a little bit harder and find something nicer on the inside. This was an okay place to start out here in Cleveland -- but I would NOT live in Woodhawk again; nor would I encourage anyone else to do so.
