I?m not sure why the first reviewer would not recommend this place. We loved it. No doubt it was a bit expensive, but you have to pay for exceptionally nice amenities.



The complex is gated with security guards around the clock. Visitors are checked out with the tenants prior to being granted access.



We were on the second floor and regularly used both the stairs and the elevators. We only lived there one year but the elevator never broke. Our apartment was painted white with light wood colored kitchen cabinets and neutral carpet throughout. There was even tile around the fireplace. We just about never heard the neighbors through the walls. The have a couple of pools, tennis courts, a fitness center and a party center.



The first reviewer only gave laundry a ?1?'''' All of the apartments come with a washer and dryer. Ours had a full-size washer and dryer. I think the one BR units maybe had the stackable kind, though.



You had to pay extra for garage space as opposed to parking outside. But underground HEATED garages are wonderful in the winter and rain.



This place is premium. We only left because we bought a house nearby.
