	The three advantages going for these apartments are location, location and location. Other than that everything is terrible. These are very old apartments with poor heating\A.C. Trash keeps on getting piled on and is not cleared till it starts overflowing. ... more

	The community is quiet, neighbors are friendly, the apartments are close to everything-- freeway, grocery, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff is really friendly and maintenance is very prompt in service.
