Quiet and Close to Everything The community is quiet, neighbors are friendly, the apartments are close to everything-- freeway, grocery, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff is really friendly and maintenance is very prompt in service.

Village Park of Mayfield sucks Absolutely one of the worst management teams I have ever met, especially the property manager -----. They just don't care about anything. My boyfriend and I lived there for two years before moving to Texas. Mold was everywhere and it was even coming through

Greedy and insincere The apartments are average. Many don't have a balcony/patio though. The upkeep of the property is okay. But my biggest complaint is with the leasing office which is loathe to return any money made in housing and car parking deposits. I still haven't got mine 7 months

This is the only honest review I lived in village park from 2001-2003. The only Con I can mention is the high price of the apartment, $1100 for a 2bed, but the price of all living in mayfield is overpriced. The Pros are extremely nice upper scale residents in my building, using laundry

poor mgt. and lack sense of care to tenants Before we moved in, we asked for clean on dirty areas. They never did anything as they promised. Requests for fixes always take long time, and the excuse is they're short of hand! It's a place where you pay that much and NOT get that much
