When we moved in we hard a hard time getting approved, but the management worked with us so that we could have a new home. Since we have been here they have repainted the buildings, repainted the doorways, fixed the lighting by the doors, re-carpeted the hallways, repainted the garages, fixed gutters, have implemented a better pet policy (although some owners have dogs that far exceed the "required" size/weight limitation) it's very clear that the owners are trying to take care of their property.

The neighbors we have are usually quiet and we very rarely have any issues to speak of.

We are always glad to hear that our improvements and/ or updates to the property are appreciated, and we plan to continue our progress throughout the next year. In regards to your comment about some people having dogs larger than the required size/weight limitation, they were here previous to 2007 when the limitations were set in place. We are also glad to hear that you are happy with your neighbors; avoiding noise when you live in an apartment is next to impossible and the consideration of your neighbors makes all the difference.
