I have been here almost 3 months. I love the look of all the buildings and property in general. The first thing I noticed was when I was in the hallway, it seemed I could hear the slightest noise coming out of the other apartments. What I found was that as soon as I entered my apartment and shut the door I heard nothing. The staff went out of there way to accomodate our needs during the application process and have been nothing less than wonderful to deal with when it comes to everyday stuff like questions, maintenance issues or just a friendly chat. I have had several maintenance issues and each time it was handled almost immediately and if not it was definately the next day. I also have a pet and he suffers from separation anxiety. The staff, as well as my downstairs neighbor have been so nice in allowing me ample time to get him settled and used to being alone. I have not done alot of renting in apartment communities like this. What attracted me to Forest Meadows was a washer and dryer were provided, dishwasher, a garage ALL FREE! No extra fees and for the room in the unti I'm in I pay average to below average rent! Parking really depends on the other renters in the building. I would highly reccomend Forest Meadows to anyone looking for a cozy place close to beautiful Medina!
