Unit was supposed to be fully refurbished before we moved in...it wasn't. They changed the carpet but not the flooring underneath--now we have to live with the nasty smell of pet urine. Appliances were to be new--they weren't. Moved in and couldn't use kitchen sink (holes in it) took a week to replace. Dishwasher stopped working-took 2 weeks. No screens--took 5 weeks and a threatening call. No screen door for balcony--took month. Toilet seet broken in middle and we are still waiting for a replacement after 6 weeks. They take forever fixing things and definitely do not keep their word, but if you are one day late for rent--you have a notice immediately. Charged more than told for rent too (told $685). Can't wait to get out!

Who would take the time to make-up such crazy items about such a wonderful townhouse community as Hunter's Pointe. I have lived here three years and can not say anything but good things about this. They don't rent furnished apartments and I have many friends here who are very happy, this person sounds like some who can't pay there rent or just wants to get out of there lease, foolish, vent to managment and I am sure they would handle whatever is needed. They are a real class act and work hard to meet the residents needs.

Awww, poor guy got slammed with a late fee cause someone didnt pay their rent .. instead of trying to give our home a bad name take that time and use it for something a little more positive like money management classes..instead of making up -------- to tater the name of all of our homes..take responsibility ..what a loser..good riddance neighbor!
