While the units are nice they only give you the illusion of privacy. Whether it's the thudding bass from our neighbor's sub-woofer at all hours of the day and night, the barking dogs, or the car alarms going off in the middle night- it is rarely quiet here.

My husband and I were thrilled when we first found this place but that excitement didn't last long. So, the units are maintained just fine but there is no inter-neighbor courtesy around here. If you have a 9-5 job, I would not recommend living here because it's waaaay to noisy all the time. It's a sad day when you have to out wait your neighbors so you can go to sleep.
