**Good points:
1. Apt. are only a few years old.
2. The grass & snow are kept under control.
3. Short term leases are available
4. Leasing staff seemed friendly

**Bad points:
1. Not enough insulation from the elements & adjoining neighbors. I knew much more about my neighbors private lives than I cared to know!
2. Carpet & fixtures were cheap! Paint was was even cheaper! Don't get a smudge on the wall, you can't wipe it off.
3. Outside lights off - safety issue in the parking lots. Took a long time to get fixed even though everyone kept complaining about it.

Overall, the apt. was not worth the rent being charged. They are touted as luxury but aren't. In addition, close to highway and noise from traffic was an issue too.
