I love living at Stonebrooke! The apartments are new, clean and private. TWO car attached garage, who offers that! The staff is wonderful and quick to attend to our every need. First Q, how long have you lived here? It's great the first couple months. We didn't have HOT WATER off and on for 7 months but we were told it was our fault since we didn't call daily. They finally switched our hot water tank after we got an attorney. We have a light fixture that has been hanging by a wire the moment we moved in and it isn't important enough to fix. Our neighbors are using their garage as storage and a distribution center for their business so there is always litter and they open their garage at least 35 times a day which is under our apt. The neighbors also have a punching bag that they usually use around 1 am. No one cleans up their dog waste except us. Our neighbors also have at least 10 people living between 2 apts, and a dog which I am sure isn't registered. The staff is oblivious other than the one maintenance man who unfortunately has to work for the head maintenance man who has no people skills. We have a CO2 detector that alarmed us that the CO2 levels were high so we called the office and were told we would be called back later that day. We called the electric Co. and the fire dept who told us to vacate immediately. Do you think Stonebrooke should have done the same?? They don't care about their tenants. Also half the stipulations in the Lease written by Stonebrooke are against current Ohio Laws. Before entering in a lease have someone from the Fair Housing Commission read the lease and give you advice. Better yet, rent somewhere else....
