Poor Client Service

I utilized the clubhouse for a party. I was never given any specific instructions except to drop off the $175 required the Friday before the party. When we arrive for the party, I get a rather negative attitude from the manager because we had signed no agreement. We were never informed about any agreements or asked to sign one. On Monday I stopped at the offices to get my $100 deposit returned. I was told THEN that I was to write two separate checks, one for the deposit, and one for the fee, that this has caused a problem. I was told the manager would call me. Over a week later still no call. I called and left a message. No return call. I call again and am told the manager left a message at my house. A complete lie. We have no answering machine. I left another message. Still no return call. I have never seen such poor client service and I still live here. The funny thing is, they fired the last guy because he stunk and the problem hasn?t gotten any better. Don?t live here. It?s bad enough to pay these prices to RENT, but to be treated with a lack of general respect is ridiculous.
