Waterford village is not a place I would call home. They are built so cheap that everything falls apart. In the winter they don't shovel your walk until late afternoon, they don't know how to plow the drive they pushed down the trees. The office staff changes so often no one know what they are talking about, They over charge for pets you pay 250.00 then 25.00 a month and you don't get any of it back. The rent in kind of high for what you get. The treatment from the office staff is so unprofessional and rude we had to move. I couldn't take not getting phone calls back to question I had and they would stick letters in your door instead of knocking and handing it to you. There is never any parking and they way they set it up you cant have anyone over to visit, they will have to park a mile away and with kids its hard, we just had twins and it was very hard to get parking, I would keep looking before living here. its over priced and the worst office staff, even the owner is a jurk,
