I wrote a review a while back called "renter beware" this is an update for you. It is now Oct 6th things are finally over, They sued us for the money they said we owed them, we couldn't afford to fight so we settled to make it go away though it will still be on our credit report this nightmare is finally over. I read the review "loved living here" and yes this was a nice place to live in 2001 then it was purchased by a new management company and boy what a mess they have created. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent and of course as you can see from my dilema they are liars. I do not recommend living here but if you do please take LOTS of pictures before you move in and especially before you hand your keys in.

I simply have to say I agree with you 100% I am also in the same boat. I left the apartment next to brand new, and the management team ripped apart the apartment with every little thing they could find. I even was charged for a full replacement of the vinyl cheap floor in the kitchen. I had NOTHING in the kitchen that was ruined. I am in the process of fighting them right now, my advise to anyone who wants to rent from Waterford, check the website here, all of us can't be wrong!!!! If you do rent,you better have an attorney present with you so you are not charged to lose your deposit and pay additional for nothing! I will never ever rent there again, and I am telling everyone about management - they are rude, and never answer the phone, and DO not respect us as paying customers. You will get a letter in your door almost every week to something they have to complain about. Good luck if you rent here.
