I have lived at Waterford since early 2003 and I have been very impressed! The office staff is so friendly and accomodating! I have only had one maintenance issue and they responded almost immediately. The property is well kept up and the snow removal this winter has been great, they are working at it at all hours! I have read some of the responses about Waterford and in response to "Poor Client Service", move out if you think it is so bad! Take your negativity elsewhere and complain there!!!
