Sure, Waterford Village LOOKS like a great place to live, until you move in. Stephanie and Monica are rude and unresponsive to complaints and or issues. In winter, the parking lot and sidewalks are always covered in ice and snow, resulting in numerous falls. My son fell 3 times in one week.
They offer decent specials to lure you in, then, increase your rent about 40 to 60 dollars a month and take away your free garage. Average monthly increase with garage, 70 to 90 dollars, after one year. Further, grassy areas are a mess, full of weeds and landscaping is unattractive. Not well kept at all.

Also, beware once you move out. They will try to charge you exorbitant amounts of money to replace their cheap carpeting and items listed on your move in sheet. I would say move to Stonebrooke where they have actual service.

I think it's funny that residents agree to their specials and are aware that the specials expire at the end of the lease term. As far as snow removal if the complaint is not phoned in we are not aware of it. The maintenance staff has at times put in 40 hours a week of overtime for snow removal. There are plenty of residents that take care of their apartments and the carpet does not need replaced;even after years of residency, because they know how to take care of their property. Sounds like a bitter person who will continue to have problems renting!!!

I think this complaint is an exception. I also find it amusing that someone commenting on the people skills of others resorts to name-calling... Most of the Waterford tenants I've known (myself included) take good care of their places and have never had any problems with moving out. Treat the office staff with respect, and they will treat you with respect too.
