I read the previous reviews before moving to Waterford in March and I must admit I had my concerns. What I found was a very clean and well kept property and a very attentive management. The "new" people there are very pleasant and helpful. Bridgett and company made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. The early lease break cost is expensive but it was all spelled out very completely up front. There are no tricks. I had to move due other commitments but would have stayed there indefinetly.
