Renters beware. There is shady business conducted in the office. The turnover rate is ridculous, and the property manager is NEVER there! You never get your questions answered probably because there is never the same people working. I dont know what is going on there but they need some structured management.
They say "privately owned & managed" thats what was preached to me.. well Im proud to say I left and went to a property professionally managed by a corporation and WOW what a difference!!!
The management office is a wreck, the apartments are nice but you can tel lthey cut corners and if you dont pay extra for a "view" then your patios and balconies are overlooking or butted up to someone elses.. not as PRIVATE as they claim.
Maintence does respond qucikly but be prepared to call htem back multiple times to actually get whatever you requested done correctly!
Not my worst apartment but definately not hte best and they feed you alot of bulls**t!
