Convenience and Pleasant

As a resident, I enjoy living in this community. My neighbors are friendly and I feel safe living here. The current staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem when I addressed any concerns that I had with the property.
Management keeps the property maintained with weekly lawn care and regular garbage removal. In the winter, snow removal is performed with plowing and snow-blowing as the weather degrades. The complex also has maintenance people who respond quickly and get problems fixed. I have had a window break, a problem with the trim around a door, I damaged a screen door, and other issues that they handled quickly and completely.
The apartment units are spacious and have a number of amenities. Water pressure is really great, and even with an appliance such as a dishwasher or washing machine running and using hot water, I was still able to take a shower and not run out of hot water. All the units have cable television connections, but you will have to pay for the service. I have several electrical appliances, and have not had a problem finding a serviceable outlet to use.
Parking is adequate, and there are many garages. The complex is located adjacent to Hwy 18 about 2 - 3 miles away from I-71. There is a local large grocery store and appliance/hardware store within a mile.
As with any community, there are people who live here who aren't as respectful of the apartment lifestyle, but that is pretty rare.
