Do not rent here. It is mismanaged and poorly maintained. The upstairs is an inferno in the summer months and the windows are not designed to accomodate an air conditioner. In the winter it's freezing. We lived next to two convicted felons (sex offenders) and were not informed. I am convinced that one of them broke into my apartment and stole our TV and stero equipment.

1) Why did it take you so long to write your review, if you haven't lived here since 2004? 2) If you are community minded, you will tell us which apartment the felons lived in, and whether you think they are still there. 3) You have no pair at all if you post anonymously - without even an email address, how are we to know you don't simply have a grudge because you didn't pay your rent and got kicked out?
