Have been here over 3 years... Maintenance has always been fine, and grounds have been upgraded a few times since I moved in. No mold problems considering high Ohio humidity (Compared to Colorado). Yes, you need A/C upstairs in the summer, but maintenance man told me a gread and inexpensive way to put A/C in the bedroom windows - just a piece of plexiglass and a block of wood. Heat is FINE in the winter - my baseboard hot water gas heat system appears less than 5 years old and works fine if you just set the thermostat and don't screw with it. Gas water heater is industrial strength and recovers very quickly. We got fresh paint, carpet, and tile work when we moved in. For an extra $30/month you get a dishwasher. This was one of very, very few dog-friendly aparment complexes in or near Cleveland (dog rent is a little extra.) Quiet neighborhood. All complexes have bad neighbors that usually don't stay long, but I have no complaints. Just keep your subwoofer away from the walls, and you can enjoy moderate sound levels without disturbing anyone. Drawbacks: cabinet space is a little limited, but bedrooms have reasonable closets.
