This rental property was sold & bought during the summer of 2002. Without notice, the new owners have made changes that effect the appearance of the apartments as well as the visability into each unit (ie: removing large bushes that sheilded front windows leaving tenants completly expossed without warning... or suggestion to purchase blinds). The bushes have not been replaced nor has the mess from the removal been cleaned up. When the complex manager was questioned about the change her reply was, "They are the owners, they can do whatever they want." While this may be true, they should realize they have a responsibility to their new tenants, not to mention they are atleast expected to have simple respect for the people who pay them hundreds of dollars each month. The complex manager was then asked a way to contact the new owners, she said she would pass along a message for them to contact me. Three days later, a message was left for me that the owners want no contact at all with the tenants, so I would have to talk to only the manager (the manager whose answer to my questions is: "They can do whatever they want").
