I have lived at Concord for two years now. I have a medium size pup, and have had no problems with any barking, or kids! The management has helped me when I truly needed it. Very friendly and proffesional. I have a completely remodeled unit, and it usually takes less then a week to fix non emergency maintenence issues. I would refer anyone to Concord.
