I have been here over a year now. The rent is very reasonable. Especially since the heat and water is included! Floor plans are larger than most and they have central air, a dishwasher and a gas stove.(not found in many apartments in this area) The apartments include an assigned car port, so parking is never an issue. The manager, Frank has gone out of his way to make us feel welcome. When we had any maintenance problems, they were fixed immediately. This is definitely a great value and a great place to live.
