Under New Management-Great Place to live - Love my apartment, it is huge and I like having the washer and dryer in the apartment not having to go to a laundry room. My neighbors introduced themselves when I was moving in and they were all very nice. a place to call home I have been living at Mentor park apartments for 5 years it is a great place to live i have never had a problem with maintence requests or with the manager. They just put all new appliances in and put new roofs on . Mentor park is also the cheapest rent in town.

Horrible Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a different apartment. Everything was dirty, the people who live there are disrespectful, if you need something fixed forget about it. I was miserable living there. It's an eyesore to look at.
