Austin Springs is by far one of the best apartments i have lived in to date. the price is really decent considering the amenities and the wonderful staff. i had few maitnence problems during my year at austin springs simply because the apartments are fairly new. when i did have a problem maitnence was very quick in fixing anything right away. the floor plans are very unique and offer open living space. occasionally you hear a little neighbor noise but not a problem at all. my favorite thing about this place is their manangement. the staff is so friendly and really make your living much much more comfortable. I recomend this place to anyone looking. check out their corparate discounts too i received a good one for working at lexis nexis.
