Carpet was dirty when I moved in. Never had heat in my bedroom. Maintenance was quick but rarely fixed things right the first time. Had a leaky tub that required two days of work and maintenance left the place a mess with white powder everywhere. Laundry room is a mess with several washers and dryers always not working. Moved in on a special rate and they tried to jack the rent up $80/month. Questionable looking people in parking lots who always work on their cars and drink. Think I saw a drug bust in the parking lot. Note that you have to buy their cable service and cannot go through Time Warner. You can bundle and get their phone and Internet service. They do a decent job in the winter plowing the lots but not so good with the sidewalks after the first day it snows. Used my own salt and shovel several times on the sidewalk.
