My fiancee and I lived at the apartment complex from May 2007 until May 2009, and we recently moved back to Chicago. We had a very enjoyable experience and we definitely recommend this place. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance guys were quick to respond and always did a pretty good job whenever we needed something fixed. The laundry facility was very nice especially after they got new dryers. The prices were a little high, but it was very convienent and I never had a problem doing laundry anytime I went. Also the parking was very ample, but I do remember once when it snowed very heavily we needed out neighbors help to our car out! Our cable did go out occassionally (not a lot), but we are use to this happening since we are both from Chicago. Also, we thought the prices were pretty cheap for a 2 bedroom apartment! Overall we enjoyed our time at Autumn Woods and would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay for a couple of years.
