I definitely would NOT recommend living here. Here are my reasons:
1. I pay a non-variable amount monthly, $550 for a 1 bedroom $40 for internet $20 for phone (which you HAVE to use their service or you can't have phone or internet, or cable for that matter) so I pay my rent months in ahead and somehow there is always $50 to $100 we still have to pay!! And I can't count how many times we've TRIED to talk to the office management and they can never explain it or account for it, they end up taking it off and then the next statement comes and says we owe the amount PLUS a late fee! It is SO aggravating. The office staff are complete airheads/white trash and incapable of managing the place!
1. For the $60 we pay MONTHLY for phone and internet, they are CONSTANTLY going in and out, even for days at a time! This is extremely difficult if you don't have a cell phone around or if you're taking online classes. I've called to see how to get it fixed and they send me to an automated line in INDIANA where they tell me there's nothing they can do about it OR reimburse me for services i'm not receiving!

I can't tell you HOW HAPPY I AM TO LEAVE THIS PLACE!

You are right, the cable and internet are a pain. I had the internet for 10 days, and I think it worked a total of 2 hours-and during those 2 hours, I kept getting kicked off. So you know what I did? I went and got clearwire-works just as well as road runner, and when the day comes I can move, I can take it with me. Cable is not that important to me, so I dont care about that, but I do think autumn woods needs to get out of the media business, and concentrate on leasing.

we were so frustrated with the internet that we went with clear wire instead. I wish we didn't have to go through them to get cable service for the tv. They gave us universal remotes so half the time you neighbors turn the channel while your watching the tv.

you know not allowing clients other options for cable and other items are actually illegal..they have to allow you to have your options rather than using theirs or nothing at all.

I live there and my phone service is through AT&T. So I cannot validate anyone saying you are forced to use the apartment's phone service. From what I was told there seems to be a problem with the cable lines not the phone lines. I have no problems with my phone service through AT&T.
