I agree with other reviews that the satellite service here stinks and it is your only option. The really bad part is, and they dont tell you at lease signing, that you are STUCK with that lousy service for the duration of your lease. I have compiled numerous outage reports for them, called their apt tech number and local numbers for problems with cable and still have entire DAYS without cable service. Once the cable starts acting up, you are hard pressed to get it back on any other channel. I notified them I wanted to drop my service and was told I couldnt. I have had multiple lawyers look at the lease and they agree, there is nothing in the lease stating we are stuck with the cable service, but they keep trying to bill me for it. I even turned in my cable box. Bottom line, dont sign up for it and use converter boxes...
