all you read in apt guides are not true. exercise room has unusable equipement, all stairways in all bldgs are filthy and the laundry room is just plan nasty. the rec room is used and beer bottles thrown everywhere. the resident referall program is just a joke, the residents never receive compensation.

dogs are aloud to use the outside pool area as a "dumping ground" and the pool is not healthy.

parking is awful.. office staff are uncoooperative and really don;t care about the tenants.

the brochure is filled with lies.

Dear Anonymous, I am so sorry that you have had a bad experience her at Autumn Woods. If you currently live here I would love it if you can come in the office and sit down with me so we can address some of the issues you have.
