This complex is a joke!! The maintenance sucks... it takes them days even weeks to respond to a work order. The office staff is rude and unhelpful! They all act like they don't know anything about the complex! What do they get paid for'!'! The office is never open during the posted hours. I am guessing they just close when ever they want! The trash compactor is disgusting!! It NEVER works and trash just piles up in front of it! It is embarrasing to bring people into the complex when trash is piled up like that! The back gates are never open, which is very inconvenient for us who live right by the back gate! What is the point in having a gate there' If you are looking for a quite complex you better turn around now! You can hear your neighbors every move! Every time the neighbors shut their door it shakes and rattles my walls! I have had so many pictures fall off of the wall and break because of this! Everytime the people above me flush their toilet I can hear the water running thru the walls right behind the head board of my bed! Who wants to lay in bed at night and wonder if someone else's poop is running in the walls behind your head! And for the security issues!! I do not feel safe here at all! I have never felt so uneasy and unsafe in my own home! A few months ago we noticed about 6 or 7 Township police barreling thru the complex, only to find out that they were going to a call on the other side of the complex where someone had just walked right thru these peoples apartment door and started to rob and beat them! I have a police scanner and Township police is out here at least once a night if not more!! There are so many drugs running in and out of this complex it is not even funny! Every where you look in this place you see drug deals going on at all hours of the night! How uncomfortable is that! I hate living here and I hate having my kids here! I cannot wait to move! I am actually trying to save up and buy my way out of my lease!! I am warning you DO NOT RENT HERE!! IF YOUR NOT A DRUG DEALER OR ON WELLFARE YOU WILL HATE IT AS WELL!!
