I have lived at Hidden Lakes Apts. for over two years--I think the office and maintenance staff are terrific--friendly and responsive--know me by name. Any maintenance need has been answered within 24 hours--even to changing a light bulb--though I have had few maintenance needs beyond an occasional slow drain. Two bedrooms, two full baths, walk-in closets, fireplace, built-in microwave (new), parties in the club house w/ huge widescreen TV, big swimming pool, beautiful ponds--What's not to like' I walk out my patio door, leaving my apt. unlocked with never a hint of worry about security. O.K. That may be a bit naive anywhere, but the neighbors have never been a problem. Price incentives right now in February 2008 are excellent--$100/mo. discount plus one month free. Garages and carports are very reasonable. The only negative about pricing is that since I've been here the Water, sewer and trash have been become separately billed from rent. That has added approximately $35 to $40 to my monthly bill. Even so, the current pricing structure is very competitive. My apartment would rent for $601/mo. right now (after the $100 discount.) I recommend this complex generously every chance I get.
