I never write reviews but this is worth it if I save one poor person from being committed to having to live here for an entire year! It is a genuine first class PIECE! The apartment looks good at first, but after you move in, it only goes down hill! Everything is broken, doesn't work, leaks etc. and trying to get maintenance done is absolutely impossible. To be honest...I would doubt they even had a maintenance tech if I hadn't had to deal with his horrible attitude when he FINALLY got to my apartment after 2 WEEKS that my request had been in. The office staff is snotty to residents, which is funny considering they must not be very hard on the maintenance staff or something may get done around there. Myself and other residents actually stand outside together, looking at the overflowing dumpsters and the burnt out street lights and discuss how unhappy we are living in such a hole. Here is a hint...if you change the light bulbs in the street lights, residents may be able to see when they are walking into there poor excuse of an apartment. I have always lived in apartments and I have lived in some bad ones, but this one takes first place for being garbage!!!

IF only I would've known a year ago!!! I agree on all accounts...maintenance takes months and they could care less!

If you notice all the lamp posts have been changed through out the entire property. Also other tenants kids and other trouble makers have been turning off the breaker switches to the lights. I have also noticed that there has been other tenants stealing light bulbs from the light fixtures. Being a resident myself I have reported this to the office. Maintenance has been nothing but great for us.

I find posts like this unthoughtful - Take in accounts ALL the things that could go wrong daily... follow me if you will- Trouble with Maintenance? maybe they are short staffed or are backed up on work orders and are trying to be as efficient for the residents as possible. The way i see it is if you want something fixed would you rather them go through it quickly or take their time and fix it the proper way? Also it does help if as soon as a problem occurs you report it immediately. Communication is key in all aspects of life, if you communicate well things typically get done in a manner that is timely. As for the office staff have you ever wondered if you have come acrossed as snotty, I was raised by the saying treat others as you intend to be treated, or "Kill them with kindness." the nicer you are the more it could get under their skin. Just remember that there are alot of factors that go on behind the scenes (like how many apartments are in your complex? close to 400? well it may take a while for staff to contact you). It's like if you have had a bad day and someone comes up to you and says hi very nicely and you snap back with a rude harsh toned response people won't think before they speak so just think i know alot of people just don't think before they speak. :)Alright I'm done preaching to the choir- have a great day!
