I've been moved out of Hunters Chase for over a month now. I'm so glad to be out. The place really seems to be falling apart. Like a lot of businesses, I think the management has hit on some hard times, so they have made a lot of cost cutting moves. Even though I'm out of the complex, I'm still struggling with them. It's been over a month and I still haven't received by deposit refund. The management sent me an invoice indicating the total refund. The invoice appeared fair and accurate, however, I didn't get the check when they said I would. I called the number they indicated to call if the check had not arrived. When I did, the lady I spoke to treated me rudely and told me I should expect the check in a week. A week later: still no check. It's a good thing I'm persistent. I won't give up until I have that check and the funds in my account! I don't trust them at this point.
UPDATE: Nearly 2 months after moving and still no check!

I agree with many of those comments! The only positive thing about this complex is the location..I agree with the staff-on occasion they are nice, but most of the time i've been there (which isn't too often) they have been downright rude.
