Just have a look around. Notice the way that the apartment buildings have been decorated. They have decided to go with the distressed look that is popular now more than ever. Close your eyes and listen as you hear the tarps covering missing shingles flap in the breeze. (Shingles were blown off in the windstorm September, 2008) So soothing Complemented by the peeling paint, Hunters Chase pulls off the distressed look effortlessly.

NEW ADDITION: If all the things listed above were not enough to entice you please note that Hunters Chase has recently acquired Bed Bugs! (Yes, they are a real thing.) These are invasive pests, (who come out at night and feed on sleeping mammals) which are nearly impossible to completely eradicate or protect against. Top it all off with a staff who could literally care less about you (unless you owe them money ) and it is easy to see that Hunters Chase provides the all inclusive living experience that you have been looking for. (If you have just been released from a detainment center of some sort...)

Don t believe me' Have a look for yourself! I promise that Hunters Chase of Miamisburg never fails to disappoint! They strive for indifference and sub-par customer service! Do yourself a favor try looking at any other apartment complex in the area. They may cost a bit more, but you will know where that money is going.

I agree as well! I moved out before the bed bugs, fortunately. UNfortunately, it's been almost two months since I moved out and I STILL haven't received by deposit refund. The lease states I should receive it 30 days after moving out and I still don't have it, nearly two months later! I've made numerous phone calls to the corporate office, emails a series of times, and even visited the leasing office in person. I finally got ticked and filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I plan to take legal action if they don't follow up soon! They haven't even given me a specific response to my complaints, just form emails! NO ONE SHOULD MOVE TO HUNTER'S CHASE! You'll regret it 110%.

I agree with your review for Hunter's Chase! Thankfully I did not have to experience the bedbug situation but there were many other problems that made me dislike the apartment and company itself! I'm glad I was able to get out while I was able to! P.S: ALWAYS GIVE THESE PEOPLE A 60DAY MOVE OUT NOTICE..I was unaware of that, and they charged me for it by making me stay another month at that dump, I've also had another neighbor who had the same issue.
