We are sisters looking for a place to live together. We looked at many apartment communities but chose Hunters Chase because of the professionalism of Stephanie and her "AIM TO PLEASE". She was very helpful and knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. She is one of the reasons we decided to make Hunters Chase our first choice on the list. We have been here for over a year and just signed our renewal. We have no problems with the community. Maintenance has hit a few bumps in the road but they try their best to get everything done as soon as possible. All three maintenance guys are great and very helpful. They are always willing to go out of their way to get things done right the first time. Even if that means staying and working overtime to fix it. Its a great place to live and we would rather be here than anywhere else.

This person has obviously been paid off to have written a review like this, or it is one of the women in the office. Stephanie is nice, but really has no authority to do anything of importance. Any offer she extends or any promise she makes is all conditional. As a matter of fact, all of the women in that office are that way. Believe me, unless you are working for Lexis Nexis, Hunters Chase has no advantages or benefits over any other apartment complexes in the area. I will reiterate the fact that it pains me to give those women my hard earned money every month. Keep reading the other reviews that have been posted. It will give you a better idea of what you are thinking of getting yourself into. You have been warned.

This is my 3rd apartment community all across US and the worst place I have ever stayed in. Office staff are so arrogant which is the main reason why tenants are vacating and moving into other communities nearby. I believe they change rules on their own will (as happened in my friends' case a couple of months ago). There are certain reasons you may want to think through if you're looking for moving into: The roads have bumps,tennis court is cracked, gym is closed (for which an alternative arrangement is provided). Maintenance guys are awesome and they're real professionals, office staff are not.
