I have lived in Lyon's Gate apartments for over 2 years and have loved it. For me, it's been a nice and quiet place to live. No real problems from neighbors. The leasing office is a little strict on the rules, but it's good because it keeps the community safe. The community recently added a Neigborhood Watch which has been successful. Maintenence is pretty good at coming quick when you need them (during normal business hours of course). The swimming pool is fun. People do fly through the parking lot and sometimes drive on the wrong side...move over!! But overall, a nice little community. Friendly people. Had no problems with parking when guests came over.
