I have lived at several other apartment complexes in this general area over the years, and have decided to call this one home. I find the staff here friendly and helpful with any problem that I have brought to their attention. I had a personal misfortune last year, and each and everyone showed a genuine and heartfelt concern for my well being. Some apatrment communities could care less about the individual tenents just so long as their rent is on time.
They also offer here am informative newsletter to keep you updated on any community events, or sponsered activites. I must admit it has given me the chance to better get to know my fellow resident and turn my neighbors into friends.
As with any community shared with a host of others, you will always find that one soul that is never happy or satisfied with the state of their affairs. I have had many different neighbors over my years here, and the big mouthed, loud stereo players, are never welcomed. This is a fairly quiet community and we tend to look after each other. If you are dissatified with your current living conditions I recomend giving this place a look.

This is such B.S. I know several people that live in this community and they are good people who pay rent on time and don't cause trouble and never has the staff in the office treated them with sympathy when something has been wrong nor do they care. and as far as turning to your neighbors for whatever, tell me how you would do that when half of the tenants are hoodlums vandalizing vehicles in the paking lot or stealing or why don't you tell people about the flyer they sent out saying they were going to keep track of who used the fitness center because the property was being damaged, the tanning bed is a piece of crap, there is trash all over the grounds and shopping carts. so, what i would say is the staff is affectionate to certain people but not everyone. i know first hand how quick they can threaten to put you out over little petty things. so either your special or you work in the office and you are trying to make your facility look good. please, don't reel people into the GHETTO of miamisburg. FOR WHAT YOU ASK PEOPLE TO PAY TO LIVE HERE IS RIDICULOUS. sure they've got a pool and fitness center and tanning bed and blah blah blah, but where is the nice remodeling for the crappy cheaply maintained apartments and townhomes. take a look back and see how many good reviews this place has compared to bad. oh and how many look so fake, you can tell by reading the bad ones that the good ones can't even come close to being right.
