I have lived here for about 2 and a half years and I agree with the last review. It has gotten so much better here. We are always getting letters about new construction or things they are remodeling here, community parties, landscaping contests, and other nice things. The staff seems to care about the property and the people. They always come out right away if I have any problems. The only complaint I have is sometimes there is parking issues but thats because my neighbors can't park right. I like it here besides that. For the price they are the best deal in Miamisburg. I plan on staying here until I buy a house.
