FIRST OF ALL THE FIRST OTHER REVIEWS I WOULD SAY SOME STAFF MEMBER FROM THE OFFICE WROTE. MY FAMILY HAS LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR. WITHIN THIS YEAR THERE HAS BEEN BREAK INS TO APARTMENTS AND VEHICLES, TRASH ALL OVER THE PROPERTY, COUCHES AND CHAIRS AT THE TRASCH BINS, THE MAINTENANCE SUCKS. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THEM IS THEY ARE REALLY NICE BUT THEY DO A HALF A** JOB ON REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE AND THERE ARE ONLY THREE SO IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET SOMETHING REPAIRED. THEN YOU'VE GOT THE OFFICE STAFF. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM UNTIL I STARTED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES FOR MAINTENANCE REQUEST AND OTHER ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTY. NOW THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY SHORT WITH ME. THERE IS NEVER A PARKING SPOT AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT THAT. THE BALCONIES ARE READY TO COLLAPSE, HOW THEY ARE NOT SHUT DOWN FOR THAT SAFETY ISSUE I DON'T KNOW, THE APARTMENTS ARE CHEAP AND NOT WORTH THE COST. THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 3,4 AND 5 YEARS THAT LOVE IT, BUT, ATLEAST 90% OF THE RESIDENTS ARE TROUBLE AND CAUSE TROUBLE. THEY ARE VERY ---- ABOUT PAYING YOUR RENT ON TIME BUT WHEN IT COMES TO YOU NEEDEDING A REPAIR OR SOMETHING DONE ABOUT ISSUES THEY TAKE THEIR TIME. MYSELF PERSONALLY, I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE. IT HAS BEEN ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER WITH THEM AND I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT. ON A POSITIVE NOT THOUGH THEY DO HAVE A LOT OF GET TOGETHERS FOR THE RESIDENTS WHERE THEY SERVE FOOD AND FREE DRINKS (ALCOHOLIC). THAT IS ABOUT THE ONLY NICE THING ABOUT THIS PLACE.

I could not agree with you more. I JUST moved in here, and everything you said described my experience. we have some major repair issues that are still not fixed. they are making us live like that. a whole month now. The office staff is rude, and the apartments and townhouses are WAY over priced for what they are actually worth!! most of the people who live there are nothing but trash. stay away.

i too agree with both of these statements.i have lived here a few months and have issues from day 1. the carpest was nasty appliances are old and not working, dishwasher broke both the toilets broke.... they assured me that this apt was up to their standards...that was a LIE. i move here from the project and they werent as bad as these apt. i wish i never would have moved here. the mainanance man does come but he dont fix the problems. he has been here about once a week with problems with the apt. i hate it here.these apt suck. id rather live in the projects
