I lived in the apts for a year and and my lease was up September first of 08. May of 09 i get a letter saying i am being sued 1300 for damages!!! I called them immediately and they said if i gave them 500 dollars they would drop the lawsuit. Sounded like they were just looking for some money any way they could get it to me. When i moved in they said i could paint any color i wanted and not have to paint it back to but black, so i painted the kitchen cabinets red. On the paper i recieved they are trying to charge me 275 for re painting. Also they are trying to charge me 500 for replacing carpet. Apartments are suppose to do that before another tenant moves in anyway, or atleast clean it. The place is not very well insulated at all. You have to pay vectren, dp&l, and water, you might as well rent a house. In the first two months i lived here my apt got robbed. They dont fix anything properly. My fridge leaned back and when i told them to fix it about 3 weeks later i came home and saw boards under the back of the fridge. Save yourself the time and money go somewhere else.

this place does suck. i agree with everything they are saying im having same excact issues except i still live here for another 8 months
