Love my townhouse...

I recently moved here from Chicago and I can't believe the low price. My last apartment was 1400 and half the size. I moved into the remodeled two bedroom townhouse and I love it. The cabinets are very nice, the appliances are brand new (love the flat top stove), the fixtures are top of the line, and even the blinds are nice. The windows and patio door are brand new. The floors and countertops are new and look great. Pretty much everything is new and looks good. My dog also loves the spacious fenced in patio. No need to get dressed and take him for a walk half asleep and then walk home carrying a bag of his poop. The only things I didn't like were the creaky stairs (the carpet could use a little more padding) and the loud air conditioner, but its a small price to pay for the great value. It may be a little scary on the outside, but I love my townhouse. The ladies in the office are very friendly and accomidating. I needed the filter for the air conditioner changed and maintenance arrived in less than 10 minutes from the time I got off the phone. For those of you complaining about the price, go to Illinois and see what you would get for the same amount. Now that's the true definition of "ghetto". Parking is never an issue for me. My boyfriend comes over after work and doesn't get here till 1 or 2 a.m. He never has trouble parking close. Also, for the people complaining about the office letting trouble move in, every complex is going to have "bad" people. The office managers are not there to profile and discriminate against people. I love my townhouse and plan on staying here until I graduate and buy a house.

hahahaha Good luck with that. Wait until someone breaks in, or until you see someone looking in your car windows. Or until someone steals your catalytic convertor off of your car. You know it used to be an all section 8 complex? Now its only about 85% section 8, still full of trouble makers and trash. It might appear to be nice on the inside, but you will run into some ----, believe me. I was a totally normal person like you, living there, and it was great at first. It became unbearable in a matter of months. Even the police told us to get out, that it was one of the worst neighborhoods. So like I said, Good Luck!! haha

I honestly dont understand why people complain so much and yet still continue to live in the complex. Some people live to ----- and complain.

kristina, complain yet still continue to live in the complex??? uh, bad news.... I don't live there, my name has never been on a lease there. However, my fiance DID live there, and as I DID stay with her when we switching back and forth between our two locations, this means I am more than qualified to cite positives and negatives about this complex. As for you actually thinking I am complaining?? I am not, I am merely stating FACT, and this is being done with ZERO EMOTION, so don't read anger or irritation into my comments or you will be sadly mistaken.
