Getting worse

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Moved to the Islander in 2000, lived there for 3 yrs. Started off OK, but in the last year got a lot worse:lots of noise & general maintainence standards fell. Both the interior & exterior of most buildings is really showing its age.Have moved out the area, but if I where to move back would look elsewhere to rent an apartment. Lots of nice apts further down I-71 in Strongsville.
