Brand new place!

My parents have lived at Maple Oaks for 15 years. It is true, it was going downhill fast until this year. A new company took over and the place is looking great. They have a person who picks up trash everyday. Maintenance issues are taken care of right away. (big change!) If you call the office the new manager will always call you back and she is always very helpful. My cousin moved in about 3 months ago and her apartment is like brand new! New carpet, stove and fridge and everything was super clean! They love thier new townhome. The pool this year was great. It was peaceful and clean. It used to be crazy with kids from everywhere coming. No more of that. It's only for the residents now. My parents actually enjoyed going everyday with no hassles. Now they are putting up new siding and roofs and it really looks nice. It is a big change from 5 years ago and it is such a nice place now. I feel good that my family lives there and enjoys it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
