The "New" Olde Towne Apartments

Olde Towne Apartments are now and have been under new ownership and management since July 2002. They have upgrated the apartments with new vanities, carpet,tile flooring,light fixtures,shower and tub tile etc... They also have built a new pool, remodeled the community room, built a fitness center with state of the art equipment, sand volley ball and more. They have also redone the roofs, landscaping and drainage areas. The improvement has been remarkably stunning to the community.
