Well "new management" has been the pattern here--in the last 4 years alone it has been under new management 5 times--and if you see it you will know why. The area is seedy to say the least, break-ins common, especially to your cars in addition to several cases of extreme child abuse-2 resulting in death. The apatments are shoddy and the new fixtures are in the same cheap mold. Maintenance is very poor, expect at least 3-4 months on anything major. The gas bill is added on by them, with no explanation of use--it is equally divided so a single person pays the same as a family of five, which is just not fair. If you do move out do not expect to see your deposit, they will definately keep it. Their record keeping is poor, staff rude, maintenence inept and area trashy. It might look nice on the outside--it should--its the only thing they care about here. Roofs leak, mold, no security--even though they advertise it as a feature--the on site security officer hasn't been seen yet. BEWARE of Olde Towne--you will regret if you move in. If you are desperate just move into public housing where the quality is about the same.

I agree, only I think use of the word "crap" is generous. Be careful if you rent there. If you move out and do not turn off the utilities the apartment complex will NOT contact you. Instead, they move employees/friends or relatives in and you pay the bills!
