I live here I know. We are planning to move. The management didn't change. We call in things that are wrong with the apartment. The maintenance worker might show up. If he does he will explain why he can't fix it. Of course this place is beyond fixing. Tear it down and rebuild. On the outside they really have improved the place, but I don't live there. They have done some things inside but not enough. People seem to be moving out. Alot of empty apartments.
