Rapidly declining

This place once had responsive maintenance, and a swimming pool for the kids. While the rents go up, the pool is in a state of total disrepair, and the maintenance is now non-existent; we spent a week last winter without any hot water, the courtyards are muddy/slimy, the ceilings are peeling, and most of the windows in this complex have yawning gaps in the frames, excellent for the upcoming winter. I advise you to go elsewhere; even if the up-front cost is more, the savings in utilities and aggravation will be well worth it. I've been here two years, and I won't make it three.
