Here is just some of the amenities to expect upon moving here:
Black Mold in all the walls, especially in the Bathrooms and ceiling.
Leaking toilets, with sewage if you live on first floor.
Cockroaches, waterbugs and mice.
Welfare project atmosphere.
No maintenece.
Unsanitary pool.
Windows without locks.
White-trash fist fights.
Car break-ins.
* Don't be fooled by the landscaping and outside appearance--that is all they care about!
Of course if you have terrible credit, are a sex offender, or have no income, by all means apply because Olde Towne Apartments has no standards whatsoever and will let anyone move in who wants to.
Also upon moving out, even if you give notice they will still sue you and claim you gave no notice and don't even think about getting your deposit back.
