In all my life I have never had the displeasure of living in a more poorly run, crumbling and hazardous apartment. Olde Towne Apts should be condemned pure and simple, maintenence is practically non-existenent, the management is inept, if not grossly incompetent and rude, the building are in shambles and many of them leak from the roofs, toilets, walls and anywhere else imaginable. Unbelievably, the waste disposal company even had to come and take their dumpsters as Olde Towne didn't pay their bill. The swimming pool hasn't been filled in 3 years and the so-called "security officer" never answers or responds to tenent calls. There has been 3 children killed in these apartments the last 2 years alone--to give you an example of the kind of people Olde Town has attracted of late. This list could go on forever, but I think you get the point. If you value your safety, health and piece of mind be sure to steer clear of this dump.
